In 2016 Bruce shifted his focus to renewable energy innovation beyond national grids in a partnership between the formal and informal economic collaborations. Opening the opportunity for innovative models to dramatically expand access to power and connectivity while creating jobs and local ownership in Base of the Pyramid (BoP) markets.
